Return Policy
We know that it can be tough purchasing online and so we try our best to ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return your items within 14 days after the delivery date.
** Only damaged or defective items are eligible for return. All refunds will be in the form of store credit. We do not issue refunds in the original method of payment. **
Please initiate a return within two (2) days of receiving your item(s) using the returns process outlined below.
Return Process:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item(s), use your camera/smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area.
- Email the images to info@hipsandheels.com.
- In the body of your email include your name, address and order number.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Package and send the products, in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached, preferably in their original packaging.
- Use a reliable shipping carrier of your choice when shipping back your items. Hips and Heels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Other Important Information to note:
- Unless otherwise noted, shipping is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us, likewise, any item rejected for a return will require a reshipping fee.
- Store credit will be in the form of a digital gift card and will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise.
- Store credit may be used to purchase the original item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires.
- Store credit is issued within 3-5 business days of the return arriving at our location. You will be notified via email that store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it.
- If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.
- If an item has snags, stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, will NOT be accepted as a return.

- Pop-up shop purchases are final sale.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale.
- Mystery Box Items are final sale.
- Giveaway items.
